This newly revamped barista curriculum serves as the foundational basis for anyone wanting to standardize their training in espresso beverage preparation and the coffee brewing craft, with an emphasis in business. This three-day course is designed to accelerate a student’s professional trajectory with internationally recognized instruction that covers everything from palate development to manual brewing methods to spatial design of your café build out. Upon completion, graduates have established a set of skills that are immediately relevant and ready to enhance the workforce in any coffee bar operation with a focus on high-level, high-quality execution to the standards and best practices of the Specialty Coffee Association.
